Authentic, hand-made-to-order mexican food in a gas station?! Had the breakfast burrito with chorizo and pulled pork tamales with their house salsa...very good and affordable! Please tip the cook! :) ❤

I’ve driven by this visitors station a million times and never stopped. Our family decided to make a weekend field trip and try the food that several of our friends raved about. The employees were immediately friendly. He explained each part of the menu and we decided on several items. The americano burger, two super burritos with steak and two pork tacos. The man worked even recommended a few items. Everything was cooked fresh. Dining was available inside and out. I haven’t had authentic Mexican food in a very long time and these tacos and burritos truly took me back. We had two boxes of leftovers. This will definitely be our Saturday lunch destination from now on.

We appreciate Hector and his family cooking their heritage. Alambres was exceptional as well as their salsa.

"Authentic" doesn't shouldn't necessarily mean over-priced as well. A burrito isn't supposed to be flat.. and my stomach shouldn't be upset from the pound of oil the food soaked up. The good.. There's tables to sit at inside that are kept clean, and the portions are plentiful.

Hector is out here making some of the best Mexican food in Southern Missouri. While this may sound like an exaggeration, I can assure you it is not. I had a chicken burrito, made California style and it was something else. I also tried the enchiladas and they were delectable. Be sure to pay attention to the hours. They open early and close after lunchtime. I haven't tried it, but I've heard great things about the breakfast, as well.

Street tacos & homemade tamales from a gas station? I know it sounds odd, but we always stop here on our road trips. Very reasonable prices and delicious, authentic Mexican food. We spend winters in Mexico, so we're pretty much taco snobs. Usually fills up with locals at lunchtime, and closes in the mid-afternoon. A great find. Who knew?

Most authentic Mexican restaurant in the area. The prices and service are great and Hector and his family are very pleasant to be around. Definitely worth the short drive to Saddlebroke

The food is always excellent. They're chorizo breakfast burrito is delicious and so are the lengua and carnita street tacos. Hector is always super friendly and accommodating. Ask for the avocado sauce and spicy salsa if you want some heat!

I go there every friday morning for a breakfast burrito. They come with several different kinda of meat, eggs, hashbrowns, and cheese. Not to mention theyre thicc. Like huge. Enough to fill me up and keep my apatite satasfied until dinner. No joke, its awesome

We drive down from Ozark to visit this gem, some of the best burritos I have ever had with fresh ingredients for less than 9 bucks a person. Oh and the burrito is about the size of a football. My two children (2 and 4) split half a burrito.
